Detached house close to owners' home, accessed via shared courtyard. Ground floor : living room (double sofa bed), kitchen, bedroom (double bed), bathroom including Wc. Upstairs : large bedroom (2 single beds, extra folding bed on request, cot), shower room including Wc. Outdoors : large shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Extensive shared grounds with lawn, deck chairs, play area, boules court. Extra outside Wc. Parking on the shared courtyard.
