"I traveled with my family. Although the hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the main attractions in the city center, it is worth it. Here’s why: 1. The hotel lobby is staffed 24 hours a day. 2. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. 3. Mohamad and Marianne (I may be forgetting the exact names) at the front desk were extremely helpful in resolving my rental car issue with Hertz in Sorrento. 4. The room was clean and modern, and housekeeping came every day. 5. It was very quiet at night—no loud tourists or traffic noise. 6. The rainfall shower had perfect water pressure, and the hot water was truly hot—not the tinny drizzle and lukewarm water we experienced in other hotels in Italy. I wish the hotel would consider replenishing the two free water bottles every day."

"The staff was excellent and very quick and efficient in helping us arrange a taxi. The room upgrade was a special touch and greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The only small note I would mention is that the sleeping pillows felt a bit lightweight and could use a little improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect."
