  • We welcome you to La Bretauderie, a 16th century property and fruit and vegetable farm, for a stay with all the benefits of the countryside (landscaped surroundings, space), close to the city (15 'from downtown Angers) . You will be completely at home in this completely renovated house. Adjoining our home, we will be at your disposal if necessary. We will be happy to answer your questions. We are discreet and responsive.

Lorsque nos salariés sont arrivés, l'hôte était ivre et à peine réveillé. Il était mal vétu et pied nus (même à l'extérieur).Le logement était sale et dans les sanitaires la chasse d'eau pas tirée !!! Velux cassé, pas de chauffage (obligés d'allumer le four sale pour réchauffer l'hébergement.Nous avons dû trouver un autre hébergement en urgence pour notre équipe, qui du fait de son arrivée tardive n'a pas eu d'autre choix que d'y passer une nuit. Logement indigne de la location.Considérant que vous mettez en doute mon commentaire, je vous invite vivement à vous rendre sur place

Que dire …… beau gîte extérieur bien situé au calme …..Mais très sale à l arrivée poussière ,toile d araignée jusque dans les canapés ….frigo , congélateur , vaisselle ( sauce tomate dans les assiettes ..) Nous avons fait 1 heure de nettoyage lors de notre arrivée!!!! Literie plus q usée …. Vitre cassée ( dangereuse ) Et de plus le bain nordique n est pas en activité malgres notre demande (fallait soit disant changer l eau …..mais pas été fait pendant la semaine . Dommage que ce gîte soit laissé à l abandon

C’est dommage

C’est une très joli maison décorée avec soins. Cependant il y a un réel manque de propreté c’est tellement dommage ! Mouches papillons au sol aux fenêtres toiles d’araignée…Le propriétaire est sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon moment en famille.

Gîte mal entretenu

Personne pournois accueillir à notre arrivée, gîte souillé par un chat (excréments au sol, vomis sur les lits....). Le propriétaire n'a pas donné de draps propres quand il est venu nous voir le lendemain de notre arrivée. Les fenêtres sont cassées/fêlées. Le site est magnifique mais l'hôte n'est pas à la hauteur, il ne correspond plus aux photos malheureusement.

Sehr schöne Lage, nur für PKW-Fahrer geeignet. Sehr gemütlich. Wie schon mi dem Vermieter besprochen, wäre der Einbau von Insektengittern gegen die zahlreichen Stechmücken sehr wünschenswert.

Staying at Villeveque

The property was very comfortable. It was well equipped and everything was in working order. It is located at a farm where there was little activity which meant that it was very quiet. The only problem was that it was difficult to find as it was on the outskirts of Villeveque and we had no prior details on how to locate it. Only with the assistance of a friendly estate agent in the centre of the village could we get there. Once you are there, it is well situated for motorway access and amenities. We enjoyed our holiday there.

The real Val de Loire

Eric and his partner couldn't have been more welcoming. The gite was immaculate but very homely at the same time. Everything you could possibly want to enjoy a home from home experience was available. The rural location was ideal when you're looking for a break away from the larger town's and cities of the Loire.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé un très agréable Noël dans ce très joli gîte , nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire très motivé pour satisfaire ses hôtes (il s’est démené pour nous préparer et chauffer le bain Nordique le jour de Noël et nous le remercions encore ). Le bain Nordique est vraiment un gros plus ! Nous reviendrons avec bonheur dans ce bel endroit !!!!

Joli gîte très bien rénové au milieu de la nature. La mitoyenneté avec le propriétaire est très vite oubliée tant il est discret. La localisation est idéale: Angers est rapidement accessible en 10 à 15mn, tout comme les autres centres d'intérêt tout autour (zoo de la Flèche, Terra Botanica,...).

Un super séjour entre amis, au calme au vert très bien équipé. Y a même le WiFi inclus c'est top. Le plus du logement est le bain suédois que l'on recommande !!! Une belle expérience pour se détendre et qui fait plaisir aux petits et aux grands.
