"Our family (3 teens) stayed in 2 rooms in summer. Nice, quiet stay. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and we were centrally located for day trips to Nimes and other locations. The pool was very nice.
I wished there were mini-fridges in the rooms, as storing cold beverages would have been a welcome option during hot weather. "

I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. Apparently it was Hotels.com's fault and...

Parking a bit challenging being in a medieval city, those with mobility issues may want to reconsider staying here."
