Déçu par la propreté de ce logement…je ne pense pas que balai ait été passé car il y avait bcp de sable….la salle de bain était moyennement propre surtout autour du lavabo. C est la première fois que je suis déçu d Interhome car en juin je me suis rendue à Pontaillac et la prestation était excellente.

Idéalement situé mais contraignant pour les clefs

Jolie vue sur la mer, une salle de bain rudimentaire mais surtout il faut parcourir 13 km à l'aller et au retour pour récupérer et rendre les clefs. Attention, 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

Günstig, aber mit versteckten "Problemen": Die Wohnung ist deutlich dunkler, als die sehr vorteilhaften Inseratbilder suggerieren; direkt vor der Wohnung verläuft die Hauptverkehrsstraße, die Lärmbelästigung insbesondere an Wochenenden ist sehr hoch. Positiv ist insbesondere der kurze Weg zum sehr schönen Strand.

Très joli appartement à la décoration soignée et très bien équipé. La photo correspondant au patio est parfaitement choisie. Totalement cosy avec une vue idéale sur la mer dont la proximité est très appréciable. Petit bémol: le parking jouxtant la résidence est payant en juillet et août et est très cher. Veillez à vous placer dans les rues perpendiculaires.

le logement est propre , très bien situé avec une jolie vue . il est un peu trop envahi par des objets inutiles ( machine à pain par exemple ) , boite de bouteilles de whiskies...., et n' a que 4 fourchettes et 3 cuillères . dans l ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour . l accueil du personnel interhome était parfait

Klein, compact appartement met alle gemakken voorzien. De 2 terrassen zorgen dat je altijd de zon, maar ook de schaduw kunt kiezen. Terras met glas is deels open of geheel dicht te gebruiken; prettig bij minder goed weer

Observations Appartement Kennedy

Appartement très bien situé, vue sur la mer, accès quasi immédiat à la plage, ... Très bien ! Mais plein de petites choses agaçantes voire pas admissibles : du bazar ds la salle de bain (pantoufle, peinture, white spirit, ...qu'on voit immédiatement en rentrant), abattant des WC non fixé et cuvette pas nette, des éléments inutiles qui tiennent de la place : 1 table et 2 chaises dans le placard de l'entrée en plus de l'aspirateur et de la table à repasser, il ne reste pas grand chose pour suspendre ses vêtements ! Des étagères encombrées de choses diverses. Pourquoi 2 cafetières côté cuisine ? au détriment d'autres éléments qui manquent (1 seule casserole, ...). Mais, surtout, une plaque électrique cassée et dangereuse (on peut s'embrocher la main à chaque nettoyage .... et d'ailleurs, elle n'est pas nettoyée). Si les choses restent en l'état, le rapport Qualité Prix n'est pas bon et je ne le recommanderai pas.
