Location dans jolie maison à colombages

Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Ambiance familiale avec des espaces verts où on peut profiter d un repas en toute tranquillité dans un petit jardin .

Das Haus liegt an der Zufahrtsstraße zum Strand von Villers-sur mer. Die Wohnung unten rechts ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach. Für vier Personen stand anfangs nur eine Tasse zur Verfügung. Teilweise sind die Möbel kaputt. Der Staubsauger für die Endreinigung war sehr dreckig und saugte kaum. Die Toilettenspülung war am zweiten Tag defekt und wir sollten für die Kosten der Reparatur aufkommen. Der bestellte Handwerker durfte die Toilette nur provisorisch mit Klebeband reparieren, so dass ein weiterer Defekt vorprogrammiert ist. Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine kostet extra - 10,00 €. Wir können diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr empfehlenswert .

Das Mietobjekt ist in keinem guten Zustand . Sauberkeit lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Mit der Vermieterin gab es Verständnisschwierigkeiten , die nicht alleine auf mangelnde Sprachkenntnisse zurückzuführten.

Un week-end entre amis dans cette maison au cadre normand ! Nous n'avions pas eu la chambre correspondant à l'annonce car la propriétaire a préféré adapter le logement à notre situation (3 amis, pas de couples) Sylvie est disponible et à l'écoute, très sympa ! L'acceuil très chaleureux et l'esprit très arrangeant de Sylvie la propriétaire des lieux compense largement leur côté ' confort en devenir . Le plus de l'endroit est incontestablement le côté spacieux qu'offrent les deux chambres de cet appartement .
