"Big room. Not very clean but average. Make sure to get there early. We got there late and had a though time getting in since we only speak English and we couldn’t communicate by intercom. The security guard finally came and set us up. Nice city. Great place to stay"

"The building is amazing and has lots of parking places. the rooms and fitness facilities are a little bit outdated. But what I didn’t enjoy was the dinner experience, it took the waitress 30 minutes just to give me a menu and it seemed like she was paying more attention to French speaking customers and none to non French speakers. For the price I expected a better service"

"Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort.
