We had a wonderful stay! The property and room were clean and the staff went over and above to accommodate us. Most friendly and helpful staff we have come across in our 2 weeks in Europe!

I wouldn't advise anyone to book there. They will let you book, even when they know that by the time you get there, there will be a strike and the trip won't be possible. I was blocked by a strike that people told me occurs every year. I explained that to them, they didn't care. They took the whole amount from my credit card. Greedy people. Don't book with them. They're also very rude on the phone.

Tout est parfait a l exception de la route tres passante, surtout en ete quand la chaleur vous oblige a dormir fenetre ouverte. Mais l environnement fait oublier le reste !

Decu de la chambre réservée PMR qui est très mal située juste à côté de la terrasse Elle est bruyante également en raison de la proximité de la route RN 57 à grande circulation. L'absence de clim pose problème avec des températures de plus de 30 degrés la journée

L'horrible chambre 107

Nous avions la chambre 107. Cette chambre donne directement sur la RN57 et les fenêtres sont très peu isolantes des bruits. Si vous prenez cette chambre, vous ne dormirez pas à cause du passage incessant des voitures. L'insonorisation de la chambre en elle même est également déplorable, vous entendez les voisins d'au dessus marcher et le voisin d'à côté prendre sa douche comme s'il était dans la même pièce que vous. La salle de bain quant à elle est propre mais nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'avoir de quoi nous laver bien qu'une affiche explique que l'hôtel nous offre un savon bio local...peut être fallait il le demander à l'accueil car Il n'y avait ni savon ni shampooing dans cette salle de bain. Nous avons également eu le droit à quelques traces de sang séché sur les draps. Le petit déjeuner est facturé 15 euros par personne. Le pain est bon, la salade de fruits est bonne car les fruits sont frais en revanche il n'y a aucun oeufs ni bacon. Nous n'avons pas trouvé que cela valait 15 euros. Nous ne jugeons pas l'hôtel en général mais la chambre 107 est à fuir!!!

Séjour professionnel

Séjour pour le travail. Accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et bien équipée. Je n’ai pas eu le temps cette fois ci de manger au restaurant mais je le recommande également pour y avoir mangé par le passé. La suggestion d’amélioration serait le wifi qui n’a pas bien fonctionné pour moi.

suite à une erreur de l'hôtelier, en tout cas sans explication convenable nous avons été logés dans une chambre réservée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. chambre sans fenetre, donnant sur la terrasse du restaurant(bruit intense), aucune possibilité de changer de chambre: hotel complet. au delà de tout cela nous avons eu une pensée triste pour les handicapés qui se voient logés ainsi

Petit Hôtel sympa mais insonorisation nulle

Hôtel et restauration très correcte avec un personnel agréable et jolie vue sur le château de Joux. Bonne restauration. Bonne possibilité de parking. Par contre les chambres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées (et la notre donnait sur la route). La route passant le long de l'hôtel supporte un trafic continu entre la France et la Suisse et d'énormes bouchons d'où bruit permanent. En bref nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit et pour cette raison nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

Bonne adresse ! Le seul bémol étant effectivement le bruit de la circulation, donc il vaut mieux demander une chambre vers l’arrière ou le côté. Très bon petit déjeuner et dîner. Je recommande vivement ;)

Hôtel très propre, chambres modernes , spacieuses et confortables.Traffic intense sur la nationale, privilégier les chambres qui donnent sur l'arrière et en plus vous faites face au château de Joux. Petit déjeuner classique mais bons produits.
