Private 260 m2/2800 sq ft villa in the charming village of Villennes sur Seine, 5 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a sun-bathed living room, a mezzanine/playroom and 2 terraces. Families will love the indoor swimming pool heated at 28°C / 82°F to relax after a day in Paris, whether it rains or shines !
Large yard, 2 car driveway and ability to park easily in the street, direct access to the A13/A14 highways or to the J "transilien" train direct to St Lazare station. You are 30mn away from Paris and less than 2h to the normandy seafront. Proximity to a main road which can be a bit loud at times when outside, otherwise very calm neighborhood.
Baby/young children equipment available, this is an ideal spot for families looking for a base camp near Paris offering lots of space.
We are a binational family spread out between France and the US, international travellers are welcome !

We booked this place for a once in a lifetime trip to Paris for the Olympics and having this house as our home base was perfect. The owner, Cedric, was so incredibly helpful, from adding some additional seating to helping us find a place to play tennis, he was always accessible and responsive. The house itself is a gem, 5 well appointed bedrooms with air conditioning, three spacious bathrooms, a great kitchen with beautiful morning sunshine. The indoor pool was a huge hit for our entire family. Getting into Paris was a breeze with two train stations nearby that got you anywhere you needed to go. Close proximity to Orgeval, Poissy and Versailles. Thank you Cedric and family for being such gracious hosts and making our trip of a lifetime truly unforgettable!

Beautiful, private home perfect for family getaway outside of Paris
We rented this property for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, having homemade meals out on the terrace, and relaxing in the garden. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to many big stores and easy access to the highway. The owner is perfectly bilingual and was extremely helpful every step of our experience (including arranging to get to us a phone charger we accidentally left at the house!) Many thanks to the owner and his family for letting us stay in their lovely home a few days.

Lovely house
A great time was had. Pool is great fun, plenty of space in house and it is well equipped. Good location, 15 minute walk or a couple of minutes in the car to train station and then 22 minutes on the train to Paris. Close to a main road but the traffic noise is not at all intrusive. Only negatives are, as this is a main residence, there is not much wardrobe space available(or hangers) also food etc was left in cupboards and fridge so ours went in with it. Would recommend 👍👍

Great holiday near Paris
We had a great stay in this large villa near Paris. Excellent for having a city trip to Paris or Versailles, and the indoor swimming pool is superb in case of bad weather.

Super séjour en famille
Maison de grande capacité parfaite pour une grande famille avec enfants. Très propre et bien équipée. La piscine intérieure est superbe, elle a fait le bonheur de mes enfants. Tout ca à 30min de Paris. Très pratique pour le télétravail. Cédric est une personne très attentionnée et à l’écoute. Je vous recommande vivement cette maison.

Bonne location pour des vacances en famille
La maison est conforme à la description et confortable pour y loger en famille avec jeunes enfants. L'endroit est facile d'accès pour visiter mais le bémol est le bruit de fond de l'autoroute, jour et surtout nuit (difficile de dormir avec les fenêtres grandes ouvertes). Quelques chaises longues seraient bien pour profiter encore mieux du jardin. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont très accueillants et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir organiser notre départ à notre aise et sans stress d'horaire. Merci
