Hello, we rent our house that can accommodate 11 people comfortably.
House located near the beach of Villeneuve, blue flag (access with its free train).
The house comprising:

* Bedroom 2 bunk bed 2x1 place 80cm
* Bedroom 3 double bed 140cm mezzanine
* Double sofa bed 140 places
* 2 bathrooms, including a ground floor ideal for beach returns.
* 2 terraces
* garden, trampoline and sandbox

* An independent room of the house with a bed 140cm + 140cm + bed a place 90cm downstairs + bathroom and WC.

* Private parking 1 vehicle + facilities in the street
* All appliances (washing machine, oven, microwave etc.), single wifi and 5G
* No air conditioning (fans with timer in each room). The house remains fresh by its vegetation around.

* Possibility to use 2 adult bikes and a teenager bike as well as a decathlon trailer 2 places children (average but functional state)
* Figs and tomatoes at will!

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CONTRACT
* Deposit of 1000 €
* Cleaning option 70 €
* Linen provided (15 E / pers)
* Weekly rental price: 1650 €
* 25% booking check cashed - The balance is to be paid on arrival in cash or bank check
* Tourist taxes not included, paid to the tourist office: 0.70 euros per night per person over 18 years
* Rental agreement - paid rent receipt
* For 3 consecutive weeks 15% discount of the total price
