Nice Place / The air-conditioning needs to improve
Spacious and comfortable for four people, with plenty of amenities provided. The number of towels was especially helpful given our river activities. However, I have a suggestion regarding the air conditioning. The unit is more like a fan-sized air conditioner, which doesn't sufficiently cool a large room. Additionally, the water tank fills up quickly, requiring us to wake up during the night to empty it into the sink, which was a bit inconvenient.

The appartment is wonderfully situated in a very old building in a friendly street. IT is a wuiet building. Shops ste around. Mr. Cayla, the host, is a very friendly person. The appartment is nice and cool, nut the balcontact is rather small.

vaste studio dans le centre historique, maison du 14ème siècle (l'épaisseur des murs permet d'éviter la clim quand il fait moins de 30° dehors), balcon vue sur cour calme,station bus à 400m pour Avignon, commerces à proximité.

agreable séjour
Le studio était bien équipé, très calme ,très bien situé nous permettant avec un arrêt de bus proche d'aller à Avignon en 7 min;le seul bémol vu la canicule était la climatisation pas vraiment idéale et la porte d'entrée qui aurait mérité un rideau occultant pour ne pas être réveillés avec le jour et gagner quelques degrés en moins

studio bien équipé, bien placé ,très calme et trés pratique pour se rendre au festival d'Avignon en 7 minutes en bus (jour et nuit) L'idéal serait d'avoir un rideau occultant sur la porte d'entrée pour ne pas être réveillé par le jour et pour perdre quelques degrés lors de canicule

Impeccablement situé !
Logement très bien, rien à dire sur la propreté, situation parfaite en plein coeur de Villeneuve les Avignon. Propriétaire disponible et très arrangeant, aux petits soins pour notre plus grande satisfaction. Seul bémol, la vitre entre l'espace de vie et la salle de bain pourrait user d'un rideau un peu plus opaque, afin de garantir l'intimité de ceux utilisant la SDB. Mais c'est vraiment pour pinailler...
