About this property

The barn of Mas de Pérou with private pool

  • Ideally located 2 km from the medieval village of Villeneuve, and 7 km from the bastide town of Villefranche de Rouergue, is our old barn, completely renovated, very bright and with large volumes. On the garden / pool level, there is a large 60m² kitchen living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
    Upstairs 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine area, bathroom and wc.
    Outside, pleasant shaded and fenced garden. The pool is fenced and secured by an alarm
    Wooded grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
