Accommodation with internet access. 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Épernay, and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, and 15 km from Nogent-sur-Seine. Single-story house with enclosed grounds, adjoining another holiday rental, located next to the owner’s farm (agricultural vehicles may pass by during the farming season). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent-sur-Seine and its power plant 15 km away, Provins and its medieval town, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, and a large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winemakers; upon reservation, you can take a tour of our vineyards with a picnic lunch, tour our winery, and taste our champagne. Reservations for our reception hall (capacity for 30 people, equivalent to our 6 holiday rentals). Tapas evening in our reception hall by reservation. In late August–early September, we can take you to hear the deer rut. Shared heated swimming pool, open from May through September, located 450 m away (access from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM—closed Sunday mornings—swimming costumes required). You’ll have access to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a foosball table, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room, a walk-in closet, and a separate bathroom. Outside, you’ll have access to a garage with a ping-pong table, two small, private courtyards, and an enclosed yard (gravel courtyard, lawn under construction, parking). Included: sheets, linens, and end-of-stay cleaning. Additional charges: heating (gas), electricity, dogs (€10/day). All shops and amenities on-site. Option to rent the adjoining cottage, which can accommodate 4 additional guests. Bike rentals for children, teens, and adults, as well as child seats, are available by reservation with the owners (€5/day/person), and you can go for a ride with César, the owner’s donkey. A spa is available from June through August.
