Loft de grand standing de 436m2 proposant 3 grandes suites parentales équipées de meuble double vasques, douche, wc et espace bureau ainsi que 3 vastes chambres, une grande salle de bain, 3 wc, le tout pouvant accueillir au total 12 personnes avec de la literie de grande qualité. Au rez de chaussée un vaste espace offrant un spa (avec supplément), une grande suite parentale avec dressing et accès au spa. Une cuisines au gaz et induction avec un frigo américain de très grande capacité et une cave à vin, un bar, un salon avec TV connectée de 189 cm, accès a internet par la fibre optique, une salle à manger, une buanderie avec lave linge 15kgs et sèche linge sont à disposition et une table et fer à repasser.

Une décoration unique avec des objets d'époque mis en valeur au style industriel.
A l'étage une mezzanine avec un espace fitness, un espace bureau et un un énorme banc en tek avec une vue panoramique sur le parc et sa piscine. 2 suites parentales et 3 grandes chambres, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche et meuble double vasques et wc complètent l'étage.

Endroit très calme et reposant à 2 minutes du golf de Tombeboeuf et des premières commodités. Un terrain entièrement clos de 1.3 ha entoure la bâtisse. A l'extérieur, une vaste piscine sécurisée par alarme de 12x5 avec traitement au sel avec transats de qualité et parasols. Deux très grandes tables en tek avec leurs chaises avec parasols complètent le tout sur une terrasse en travertin de 80m2. Divers jeux, grand billard René Pierre, baby-foot Bonzini, table de ping-pong, jeux de fléchettes, trampoline de 4.5m et balançoire sont disponibles pour passer de bons moments.

Maison, très spacieuse, beaux volumes, piscine, très agréable, grands espaces verts. Proximité d’une route bruyante Lits non faits pour 12,00/pers Pas de climatisation dans la maison que des appareils rafraîchissant, mais même pas un par chambre. Le propriétaire le sait mais ne le précise pas dans son annonce. Lave-vaisselle trop petit pour 14 personnes et fonctionne mal. Il manque beaucoup de vaisselle. Chaises pliantes inconfortables Terrasse, mal éclairée Balles de baby-foot et ping-pong inutilisables BBQ non éclairé ou percé Certaines chambres sont mansardées à l’extrême, faire le tour du lit debout est impossible jacuzzi facturé d’office alors que c’est présenté en option. pas de réseau téléphonique Mon commentaire restera le seul et pour cause …..
