This fascinating villa in Simius is the ideal place for a family or friends getaway. Just 2 km from Porto Giunco, one of Sardinia's best beaches, it is the perfect spot to enjoy the sun, sea, and a relaxed atmosphere. With a lovely garden, a sea view terrace, and private parking, it is easy to relax and make the most of your time in Villasimius.



The small villa consists of a master bedroom and a second room with two single beds, making it a perfect choice for families or groups of friends. The well-equipped kitchen and cosy living room offer plenty of space to relax. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, while there is an additional outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The large terrace, complete with a barbecue, is perfect for enjoying the Sardinian climate, while the private parking adds extra convenience.
