Villasimius Villa Martina vacation home

Delicious independent and silent villa in one of the most suggestive paradises of southern Sardinia. At about 2 km you can reach the sandy beach of Campus and Campulongu. Nearby are bars, pizzerias, restaurants and supermarkets. At about 400 meters from the villa is the bus stop for the lively center of Villasimius, both the stop that leads to the main station of Cagliari (in about an hour's journey). In Villasimius you can find all the other services. The house is set in a 1800 m² garden where seasonal fruit can be collected. A large patio welcomes you as a living area with armchairs and a table where you can enjoy your meals in the quiet and peace of nature. The interior of the house which can be accessed by climbing a few steps is composed on the floor of a large room with kitchenette, dressing room and bathroom. Going down the stairs you enter the sleeping area located in the basement, consisting of two double bedrooms, one of which also has a bunk bed. Equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay, TV, washing machine, oven, microwave, hairdryer, air conditioning, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue and parking spaces.
The supermarket is about 2 km away, reachable by car by bicycle or on foot. I don't recommend the bus. At home you will find indications to reach the ecological island, as the garbage is not collected door to door.
