- The house is located on the hill overlooking the golf course, the bay of Campulongu (400m), in an elevated position, facing south, enjoys a splendid view of Cape Carbonara with its enchanting coves and bays, such as the bay of Campulongu and the hill of Porto Giunco where the Arab tower overlooks the salt lagoon with flamingos, the large beaches of Notteri, Simius, and then the island of Cavoli.
The house has a brand new swimming pool with hydromassage, an outdoor shower, a large terrace with comfortable furniture, outdoor lighting, a barbecue area with a worktop and a sink, private parking for two cars.
The interior of the house is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom and an office space upstairs.
