Very beautiful villa detached, renovated in 2023, surrounded by trees. 2.5 km from the centre of Villasimius, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 600 m from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful garden (fenced). Outdoor shower. Motor access to 300 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 55 km, ferry "Cagliari" 55 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Costa Rei 15 km, Mari Pintau 35 km, Cagliari 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
"Atzeni", 6-room villa 123 m2. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 folding beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Large terrace roofed, patio roofed, large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer.
