Personale molto gentile e disponibile che compensa qualche piccola carenza della struttura. L'albero è in buona posizione tranquilla a due passi dal centro e sulla strada per le spiagge.

Hotel dignitoso ma non oltre la sufficienza

Ottima posizione vicino alle spiaggie (quella di dimius anche a piedi) e vicino al centro di Villasimius. Hotel essenziale ma comunque ha tutto il necessario compreso la cassaforte (anche con con cauzione). Colazione essenziale ma comunque sufficiente. Parcheggio gratis ma fuori e se rientri dopo le 20 non trovi posto e sei costretto a metterla a pagamento Considerando tutto (compreso il rapporto qualità prezzo) si può dare tranquillamente la sufficienza

Ottimo appoggio senza pretese posizionato all'ingresso del centro abitato è direttamente sulla strada che porta alle spiaggie. Comodo pulito gestione ottima con attenzione a qualsiasi richiesta del cliente . Accoglienza reception e servizi di buon livello Arredi vintage , essenziale .

LA MIA ESPERIENZA IN QUESTA STRUTTURA,DURATA SOLO 2 GIORNI , IN QUANTO HO PREFERITO ANDARMENE, è STATA NEGATIVA. LA CAMERA A ME ASSEGNATA (UNA DOPPIA USO SINGOLA ) ERA FATISCENTE, ROVENTE, CON LA TENDA PARASOLE ESTERNA ROTTA E SOLO DOPO ESSERMI LAMENTATA MI è STATA AGGIUSTATA. IL CLIMATIZZATORE FUNZIONAVA MALE, UN'ANTA DELLA DOCCIA NON SI CHIUDEVA E COMUNQUE LE CONDIZIONI GENERALI DELLA CAMERA ERANO AL DI SOTTO DI QUELLE PRESENTATE SUL SITO.IL TELEFONO FISSO CHE PROPONE DA SITO INTERNET NON è MAI RAGGIUNGIBILE QUINDI è IMPOSSIBILE METTERSI IN CONTATTO TELEFONICO CON LORO. Si ce n'est l'excellente localisation de l'hôtel, son état exterieur comme des chambres laisse sérieusement à desirer... Salle de bain en mauvais état, pas de savon, bac de douche qui fuit et qui inonde le sol de la salle de bain... Bref pour le prix, à part un voyage entre "potes", passez votre chemin...
