Right in the center of the exclusive Rokkaria condominium and close to the village's long sandy beach, the vacation cottage Raggio di Luna 2 enchants guests with the elegance of its spaces and the context in which it is located. The cottage has a large bright and finished living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is in exclusive use of the master bedroom, and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The house with triple exposure, suitable for children, is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV. In the outdoor area, you will find a beautiful balcony that in addition to boasting a beautiful view can comfortably accommodate all guests. Here you can enjoy tasty meals, end the evening with a glass of wine, and watch the sky transform at sunset. Stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes are close at hand, and the historic town center is 500 m or a 6-minute walk from the house. Simius beach is only an 18-minute walk (or 1.2 km) from the property while a few meters away stops the Shuttle that can take you to all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius. Pros: The host was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t meet but he was in touch from the booking to the checkout. The condominium was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and decorated with good taste. The location was convenient: the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants are at walking distance, and the nearest beach is beautiful and reachable within 5min by car. We could also park for free near the property. Cons: Unfortunately, there was no dedicated parking spot.

Super Moment en Famille à Villasimius !

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans notre appartement à Villasimius. L'emplacement était idéal, nous permettant de profiter pleinement des magnifiques plages et de l'ambiance charmante de la ville. L'appartement était confortable et bien équipé, ce qui a rendu nos vacances encore plus agréables. Un grand merci à notre hôte, Nunzio, qui a été super réactif et très aidant tout au long de notre séjour. Sa disponibilité a grandement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les moments de détente après nos journées d'exploration. Cet appartement à Villasimius est une destination que nous recommandons vivement pour des vacances en famille réussies !

Appartamento stupendo, ampio e arredato in modo impeccabile

Pros: L’appartamento è spazioso, con due bagni e un terrazzino per i momenti di relax e utilizzabile anche per mangiare all’aperto. Ha tutto quello che serve e attrezzato di tutto per stendere, stirare e pure la lavatrice. In cucina si trova la base per iniziare la vacanza senza farsi mancare nulla! I proprietari mettono a disposizione anche giochi per il mare per i bambini, ombrellone e spiaggina. La posizione della casa è ideale per raggiungere sia a piedi il centro che la spiaggia di Simius, in poco tempo di trasporto anche tutte le splendide spiagge vicine.
