In Villasimius, in the south of Sardinia, the wonderful holiday home Alloggio Nettuno is located in a quiet residential area. The 2-storey accommodation enchants guests with its country-style interior and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of which has a bunk bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms. The house can therefore accommodate up to 7 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, fireplace and TV. A high chair for children, a playground, toys and children's books as well as the optional childcare make the accommodation particularly family-friendly. Nevertheless, the ultimate highlight is the fenced and beautifully-landscaped private outdoor area of the property. Have breakfast together on the loggia while you make plans for the day, relax on the green area surrounded by Mediterranean lush greenery or have a barbecue with your loved ones in the evening. Outdoor showers and a children's pool provide the necessary cooling on hot summer days. A supermarket is only a short walk (350 m) from the accommodation and restaurants are within 500 m. The sandy beach Spiaggia di Simius is 3.1 km away, where fine sand and turquoise water provide Caribbean flair. Bicycles and beach equipment are available and you have access to a tennis court.
