Central Holiday Home with Air Conditioning & Terrace

  • The Casa Damiano 1935 holiday home is located in the heart of the village of Villasimius and boasts a central location. The cottage has a comfortable living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and a small terrace. The property can therefore accommodate 7 people. It also has air conditioning and cable TV. The house is located close to shops and is in front of the bus stop that leads to all the main beaches. The long beach of Simius, with its gorgeous white sand, is 800m away and can be reached on foot with a very pleasant walk along the sea road. Other beaches are about 3 to 6 km away.

Absolutely loved this house! The host is so nice and accommodating and we loved staying in her beautiful home! It’s right in the city center, so you can open the windows and look out at the church or watch all the musicians and performers at night. With the windows closed, you hear nothing so you can sleep all night. Short ride from the beach and parking is easy to find.
