Location is super.!

The location of the property was perfect. A nice walk to the port and into town. Beautiful beaches all walkable and a fort. The bar was closed the entire time and there was no breakfast provided. However when queried a refund of €5 per day per person was given. The shower tan cold and often overflowed from the shower tray. The room was basic with no kettle but was clean and comfortable.

Hotel soit disant 3 etoiles mais qui n en vaut meme pas une. Aucun confort . Appartement avec equipements vetustes. Matelas de 5 cm , canape lit cassé. Clim datant de 1970 qui.n est meme plus aux normes de securite et j en passe. A fuir absolument. Prix exorbitant au vu de la qualité

Posizione strategica, poche centinaia di MT e siete in spiaggia. L'appartamento ha tutto quel che serve per soggiornare tranquillamente con una cucina attrezzata ed aria condizionata in tutte le camere. La struttura è sicuramente datata e necessiterebbe di qualche intervento ma l'ambiente è pulito e quel che c'è funziona. Buona la colazione, non è buffet ma chiedete e vi sarà dato. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile nell' accontentare le richieste.

Rispetto al prezzo, la struttura è pienamente adeguata. Servizi basic, ma efficienti. La posizione è ottima. Il personale è disponibilissimo: una menzione speciale va a Federica, sempre cortese e gentile. Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo, è un'ottima struttura per fare delle belle vacanze senza spendere molto.

La struttura è in una posizione comoda alla spiaggia campulongu e alle altre del comprensorio di Villasimius. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo. La colazione al bar è buona. Se devo trovare un difetto è forse che il mobilio delle camere è un po' da rinfrescare.. Io comunque lo consiglio come buona soluzione.

Snídaně každý den suchary s marmeladou a máslem,nekdy byl croissant, neni to hotel spíš apartmany bez servisu, pěkný bazén, blízko moře dále od města bez auta problem.

Struttura nella norma, gradevole, proprietario molto gentile. Colazione mediocre, povera con poca scelta. Solo qualche marmellata, un caffè e non più di un cornetto/croissant a persona. Se ne chiedevi un secondo te lo facevano notare...peccato perdersi per così poco. Del resto tutto ok .pulizia e quant'altro.

Le cadre de cet hôtel est très sympa, joli, chambre correct, équipement de cuisine suffisant pour 2, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas très bien. Je pense difficile en pleine été. Le personnel de l’hotel n’est pas très présent, on se limite simplement au « bonjour ». Nous avons demandé certains renseignements et nous avions l’impression de déranger.

Erg erg erg slecht hotel - omgeving GEWELDIG

Wc spoelt niet door, toitletpapier moet apart inbakje en moet je zelf weggooien, maar 2 rolletjes toiletpapier voor 1 week. Maar 1 keer schone handdoeken. Je moet dus met 1 grote handdoek 1 hele week. Er wordt niet schoon gemaakt. Alles is super oud en het bed en deken zijn erg slecht!!! Je kunt de kamer niet geheel donker maken. Als je wilt uitslapen kan dit dus niet want je wordt wakker van hrt licht. Douchekop kun je er niet afhalen zodat je het zand (van het strand) in de douch niet goed kan wegspoelen (erg vies). Erg verlaten. Zwembad is in de middag gewoon dicht!!!!! wat heb je aan een zwembad als je er geen gebruik van mag maken. Afstand tot centrum is niet te lopen ivm de straat waar je door moet. Geen normaal looppad en in het donker zal het verkeer je niet zien, te gevaarlijk dus. City bus brengt je naar het centrum prima te doen. Bijna alleen maar pizzeria’s in het centrum en geen pasta restaurant te vinden. Verder is de omgeving geweldig. Alles was geweldig maar we hebben spijt dat we dit hotel hebben geboekt.
