Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water.
