Disappointing

I’m fairly disappointed with this property. The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as you can hear absolutely everything going on in the other rooms. The bed is not memory foam or, if it is, it’s extremely old. The room has a smell that I think is coming from the old wardrobe and now all of my belongings I brought stink. There is a loud, obnoxious buzzing sound that goes off in the hallway every few minutes. The street is under major construction that doesn’t look like it’s going to be finished anytime soon and is quite dark at night as is the entrance to the building. You have to call direct to get the information about how to check in. I had to call twice and had no further contact with the host. I would not stay here again.

Väldigt lyhörd med parkettgolv utanför rummet, hörs när man går med högklackat, och drar bagaget genom korridoren , också när man dammsuger rummet intill. Dålig internetuppkoppling, kopplingen kommer och går. Slarvigt städning av golv. Det värsta var frukosten som består av 1 kaffe, 1 flaska vatten, 1 glas juice och 1 bakelse! Fick första gången vatten från kranen som byttes sedan ut vid påpekande, andra gången fick vi fråga efter juicen då den inte serverades i samband med det övriga. Det blev inga fler besök till”frukosten”

La struttura e le stanze sono molto carine e arredate con gusto. La zona è molto vicina al centro e alle principali attrazioni e servizi, unica pecca che ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura sono i lavori sul viale trieste (non tanto per rumori che non abbiamo mai sentito ma maggiormente per decoro urbano). Trattasi ovviamenti di situazione passeggera.

Ottimo qualità e vicinanza al centro città

Il b&b è situato in zona centrale, senza problemi di parcheggio (la vacanza è stata ad ottobre, non saprei in estate). La via principale ha i posteggi a pagamento (anche se sabato e domenica sono gratuiti), le vie laterali ha le righe bianche. Il check-in è automatico, tramite messaggio con il responsabile che fornisce anche tutte le informazioni per poter accedere alla struttura. Graditissimo il bollitore, come il caffè gratuiti all'ingresso e a disposizione per gli ospiti. La camera era pulita, confortevole, idromassaggio comodo.

Buon bed and breakfast

Buon bed and breakfast vicino al centro di Cagliari al primo piano di un condominio. Come indicato gia' da altre recensioni la zona non e' il top ma all'interno della stanza tutto cambia. Dopo le 20, quando diviene gratuito, e' un po' complicato trovare parcheggio ma girando un po' si riesce comunque a trovar qualcuno che va via (la struttura propone cmq posti auto a pagamento). Ottima comunicazione con i gestori, anche se solo via e/mail whatsapp; stanza un po' stretta ma ben arredata con idromassaggio per rilassarsi al ritorno dal mare. Colazione abbondante anche se abbastanza zuccherina e poche possibilita' di variazioni; per un soggiorno superiore ai 2-3 giorni bisognerebbe avere maggiori possibilita' di variare, con qualcosa di salato o magari frutta. Ubicazione ottimale per raggiungere in poco piu' di un'ora sia le spiagge del sud ovest e del sud est della Sardegna.

Accueil décevant et parking payant

les chambres sont belles mais l'accueil a été très médiocre par rapport aux autres lieux de séjour que nous avons rencontrer en Sardaigne. A l'arrivée, porte close, personne, nous avons du téléphoner pour recevoir enfin le message que nous aurions du recevoir avant l'arrivée. Contact humain quasi nul, donc, sauf quand il s'est agit de payer ... mais c'est nous qui avons du attendre 20 mn que quelqu'un vienne. Il faudrait d'autre part préciser dans l'annonce que le parking est payant.

Nice B&B close to everything

Very close to the train station,buses and city centre.Spacious room,has everything you need. The hosts are very welcoming and will do anything to please their customer such as finding information about train time,where to catch couches for a day trip,best restaurants,etc. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Magnolia Room - April 6th and 7th 2016

Apartments in excellent location to explore Cagliari. Many thanks to Alice and Cesare, our hosts, who were very friendly,welcoming and helpful and gave brilliant information on the city, restaurants, transport etc They contacted us in the morning by text to ask about our arrival time which solved our dilemma about what number we should ring from our mobile in Italy. Plenty of free car parking on street -depending on arrival time. Apartments very clean and breakfast plentiful.
