"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. "The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. "Lovely hotel with a beautiful sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but a few drinks in the bar which was on a the terrace. Shame that guests have to pay to use the spa so we didn't as it was expensive. Our room had a fault in that in order to have electricity to charge phones etc, we had to have the main light on overnight which was a pain. We did report this but no maintenance was sent. A member of the team said that's just how the room is which was very odd. He said we should put up with it or change rooms. Despite the electricity issue we did enjoy the stay, the Aircon was very much welcome. The hotel is very well situated for exploring Nice."

"A great hotel, well situated ( nr the tram station ascal Lorraine) so an easy , cheap @ 10 euros return & quick transfer from airport. The staff are all polite & helpful & work hard esp the maids. Big thanks to Faruque for listening & sorting our room out. The hotel has a nice outdoor small area which was pleasant to sit out listening to the birds sing. Rooms are very spacious & clean, best 3* we have stayed at in Nice, most are v v small. The large airy lounge was comfortable to read & rest in. We never used the bar( v v small) or had breakfast there- lots of patisseries near by. Air con was great, needed at 30 degrees most days. We are definatly returning & re booking with Hotel Busby next May 27’ . Many thanks."

"We loved the decor. Breakfast was great and we had lunch twice at the restaurant which was great. We didn’t like the glass door on the toilet, it didn’t allow for much privacy. We were also travelling in very hot weather, because we had the couch folded up into a bunk it obstructed the air flow of the air conditioner so the room was quite hot to sleep."

"The room was very nice with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The only small issue was that there was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom so after showering it took a while to clear the steam from the room. The breakfast offering was excellent- much to choose from. Private beach access as well as Rooftop pool was a real treat. The pool/bar menu was also great. Would stay there again."
