Bonne impression générale mais avec des "MAIS"

Les moins : Propreté du logement 80% (moquette tachée, matelas taché et usé), couchage gigogne à revoir (latte, vis qui tombe, réparation qui ne tient pas), pas d'isolation phonique avec le couloir, on entend vraiment tout ! manque de points d'accrochage pour faire sécher les vêtements, la baignoire, le manque d'eau chaude, manque un jeu de clé, la télé qui capte mal, manque d'étagère/rangement, le manque d'étanchéité au froid des baies vitrées. Sinon les plus : très belle vue des deux balcons, appart agréable sans trop de place, assez de vaisselle, la télé qui accepte un disque dur, plus d'étagère/rangement que dans d'autre location, salle de bain agréable et "grande" (on sait se retourner) idem pour le wc, un grand placard à l'entrée, grand casier à ski et très belle station. UN gros moins, encore une baignoire, à quand une douche et de l'eau chaude pour plus d'une personne. UN autre gros moins, les ascenseurs, l'attente est très longue aux heures de pointe. Je pense qu'un séjour en été sera aussi agréable qu'en hiver.
