Un séjour au top et un hôte au petits soins

Le responsable de l’établissement était au petit soin. Très gentil et respectueux. Je recommande le Joy qui est située à 6min à pied du centre ville . Le plus nous avons pu profiter de l’espace bien être !! Trop trop bien .

Séjour reposant et agréable

Un hôtel familial avec un service discret et efficace. La chambre familiale est très confortable: les lits superposés sont parfaits pour 2 grands enfants (9 et 13 ans). Elle offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. La situation par rapport au centre ville est juste idéale pour les commerces et restaurants. Le petit déjeuner offre des confitures et produits laitiers du coin.

Très agréable séjour à deux

Séjour de 3 nuits en amoureux juste avant les fêtes Nous avons aimé la localisation de l'hôtel, juste en contrebas des artères principales, et donc garante de tranquilité - tout reste accessible en 3 minutes à pied. Le fait qu'il n'y ait que peu de chambres est également un plus (une meilleure insonorisation serait super, pour se couvrir des quelques enfants un peu bruyants, surtout en cette période de fêtes) Le service était au top, toujours souriant, nous avons été accueillis avant l'heure prévue (merci encore, vu la météo lors de notre arrivée!) La prestation globale est en plein dans le 3 étoiles, et même un petit peu plus; le restaurant offre de sublimes menus, le coin spa est très beau (peut-être à limiter à deux couples à la fois pour plus de confort), et le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix d'option L'hôtel offre des tarifs demi-pension qui semblent avantageux Nous reviendrons :)

Séjour reposant en famille

Nous avons réservé la chambre quadruple confort, les 2 lits superposés étaient parfaits pour nos enfants de 8 et 11 ans. La literie est très confortable, la chambre est agréable et bien équipée, avec une jolie vue sur la montagne. L'accueil est souriant et personnalisé. Le petit déjeuner offre quelques produits locaux (fromage, confiture). Bonne situation par rapport au centre de Villard, pour les commerces et les restaurants.

superbe séjour dans le vercors

l hôtel est chaleureux moderne, typiquement Vercors avec une belle décoration. excellente literie nous avons apprécié le queen size. la vue de la chaine de montagne du balcon. les repas et petit déjeuner comme nous les aimons variés, frais, originaux.

Week-end à la montagne

Malgré une arrivée tardive suite à une circulation importante, nous avons été très bien accueillis. La moto a été rangé dans un garage comme convenu. Les repas pris en demi-pension sont d'un très bon niveau et nous n'avons jamais été déçus durant notre séjour.

Séjour dans cet hôtel très charmant bien situé. Accueil sympathique et bonne qualité des divers services. Chambre fort agréable, propre, bien entretenue et meublée avec goût. Je recommande vivement.

PROMESSES NON TENUES

Agréable et silencieux. Reproches importants: les produits de toilettes , sachets d'infusions n'ont jamais été renouvelé. Les produits du petit déjeuner n'étaient pas reapprovisionnés ( Fromage local, Jus d'orange, petit pain...) le fromage en sachet était périmé.L'acceuil était ordinaire et sans attention particulière. Dommage!
