Holiday Home "Il Pashà" near the Beach with Sea View & Garden
The holiday home Il Pashà is located in Porto Tramatzu in Villaputzu, just a short walk from the beach, and boasts a view of the sea. Ideal for nature lovers, the 2-storey house consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (all with a sea view) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a satellite TV, children's games, and children's books. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment minus one room, temporarily, but it is enough to air condition the whole house. Air conditioning is included in the price from June 1st to September 15th.
Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a balcony and an outdoor shower. Here you can relax on the sun loungers while you overlook the sea or dine outside under the stars. Restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in approximately 8 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 9-minute walk away. The highlight of this property is definitely its close proximity to the beach of Villaputzu which is just a 3-minute walk away and is ideal for children to play on. The house is also just a 2-minute drive from Porto Corallo. Furthermore, Cagliari airport is a one hour and 20 minute drive from the property.
