"Staff offered a very friendly service. However, there was some parts of the room with excessive quantity of dust, made me sneeze from the moment if arrival. The hotel was fully booked and there was noise from other guests when I went to sleep making it harder to achieve, even past midnight. Another thing I did not like was that breakfast wasn't included in the fee, neither expedia nor the hotel notified me on the issue."

"The room I stayed in was an attic with no light, and no usable space or furniture. It had nothing to do with the presented pictures and was not even in the advertised building. The wifi did not reach, and the window (too high to look out of) was the size of a post card. The included breakfast (which they denied in the morning till I showed my booking details) is a piece of stale pastry and jam, period. No eggs, no meats, no cheese, no fruits... I travel full time and I routinely stay in places...
