This hotel was a three star hotel. There was nothing to suggest that we were staying in a four star hotel. Very basic hotel. Rooms were very small. No much information when checking in, you are supposed to be a mind reader. There was no tea o coffee facilities in the room. No iron or iron board. When we complained the Manager was not interested or helpful. The only positive about this hotel is that it was very clean. I would not recommend it or stay there ourselves again

Bien pero muy justito

La zona es muy buena. Aunque alejada de la estación de tren, está a 15 minutos de la catedral. Como digo en mi título, está bien pero es un hotel justito de calidad. El personal es correcto. Sin más. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas grandes y cómodas. El armario a la entrada tiene las perchas justas. A la ducha le hace falta una repisa donde apoyar lo que cada uno precise. Buena presión del agua, por suerte, pero es de esas duchas en que acaba fácilmente parte del agua fuera. Tuve la sensacion en seguida de que de ser un hotel de 3 estrellas aún me hubiera parecido bien. No lo percibo como un hotel de 4. No tomé desayuno así que no puedo valorarlo. Hay cafeterías estupendas y baratas cerca, con su tapina.

El hotel lo encontré muy cómodo. 13 euros el cajón de estacionamiento está a buen precio. Las habitaciones muy bien habilitadas y te regalan cepillo de dientes y pasta dental. Muy conveniente frente a un corte inglés y caminado puedes llegar al centro sin dificualtad.

Todo muy bien, me ha encantado el hotel, puedo decir que es uno de los mejores hotel que he estado, sobre todo me gusta mucho la decoración de la habitación, un color muy suave y cómodo. Lo que menos me gustado, fue cuando fuimos a desayunar, el personal que nos atendió no fue muy amable, y cuando terminamos de comer, salimos del restaurante, despedimos de esa persona, ni nos contestó.
