"Just more than perfect, the hotel not 4 stars u would say 7 stars, new, modern, very peaceful and customer oriented. Everything was customer oriented. Parking, room, service is outstanding, everyone English speaking, staff working 24/7. Really enjoyed every day, breakfast, dinner pool time. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone who made our 4 days so special. Definitely coming back"

"Il mio soggiorno a Rapallo è stato reso immensamente più confortevole e piacevole dal mio soggiorno al Best Western Plus Tigullio Royal Hotel. Il personale è stato super cordiale, cortese e molto efficiente. All'arrivo, mi è stato offerto un upgrade a una camera con vista mare completa (180 gradi). La prima sera, mentre ero fuori a cena, mi è stata fatta trovare una bottiglia di champagne in camera. La colazione era spettacolare, super varia con frutta fresca, noci, salumi e formaggi, un'ampia varietà di dolci e a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Li aggiungerò alla mia lista dei preferiti nella Riviera Ligure."

"Very good hotel, service. No better location, close to everything. Rooms not very big. You pay a lot for the location. Public entertainment, bands, disco, other demonstrations is immediately next door until midnight. Not quiet in the evenings. This was late August, and I cannot speak to other times of the year. The clientele are mostly of the well-to-do type. No pool, no fitness center. Public beach a short walk. Good breakfast included, some specialty items for an additional cost."

"I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Europa in Rapallo. The hotel is in terrible condition and clearly has not been properly maintained for many years. The only part that looks halfway decent is the lobby – everything else feels run-down and neglected. The rooms are dirty and damaged, with worn-out furniture and unpleasant odors. The bathrooms have mold and show serious signs of decay. It’s obvious that nothing has been renovated in a long time. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, which really set a negative tone for the stay. Instead of a welcoming attitude, I felt dismissed and ignored. Noise is also a major problem – it’s very loud at night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, this hotel is in tragic technical and hygienic condition. I cannot recommend it to anyone, and I strongly suggest looking for alternative accommodation in Rapallo."
