Friendly staff, great service, included breakfast was good. They happily accepted my request to keep my bags at the hotel after checkout and pick them later.

Loved this hotel. Old world charm and service paired with modern conveniences. Has a seventh floor bar and seating area that overlooks the lake with stunning views. Excellent food at reasonable prices.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, but the staff are unbelievable and made our stay. I hardly ever do reviews but I have to recommend this hotel. Saas Fee is a beautiful ski village and loved everything about it.

It is a 10 euro cab ride from the train station. Our room was massive with a comfortable bed with beautiful linen and toiletries provided. It had a kitchenette which was only really suitable for basic cooking or reheating, however there are a billion restaurants to eat at close by. Just be aware if...
