"Very nice stay! Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Luigi which is the property owner was very helpful and friendly, we did a tour in the property, he explained about the history behind this place, and we were very pleased everything here. It’s super close to supermarkets and Perugia downtown, I would definitely come back if in the area. We went in March and there was hardly anyone there, so we were blessed with some quiet and peace that this place offers. 10/10"

"This property exceeded my expectations in all areas. It was cleaner and nicer than I could tell by the pictures. I have stayed in many places with VRBO and the pictures not always show reality. In this case, it was better than expected.The house has two floors with common areas on the first floor, including bathroom (brand new), and two rooms on the second floor. All the rooms face the pool area (on a large terrace below the house grounds) and the valley/hills with the town at the distance. It is absolutely beautiful and very private. There are no neighbors around the perimeter and the house is situated almost on the highest point of the hill at about 4km from the base. This stone house dates back to the XI century when it used to be the resting/praying spot for the monks before they continued to the monastery on top of the hill for another 4 km. The hill feels as you are in the middle of an enchanted forest. This is definitely the best place in Umbria for a party of two or a family of four. It has all you need to enjoy the pool and the grounds, including a grill. The gate is operated via remote control and it is super safe with two simple locks (outside pedestrian door and main door). Worth to notice that all the windows have mosquito nets; thus, you can keep the windows open to get a nice breeze. The house stays cool inside during high summer temperatures, It also has fans in the rooms. It's recently refurnished inside, and nicely decorated. All Umbrian towns at 30/60 min"
