"I booked through Expedia, when i got there, they didn’t have my reservation showing in there end, I had to wait until they put me in the system, after a long day with two kids it was not good check in. The pools were really nice and outside everything was good، but the room was old and not clean and it smelled bad, they don’t come to clean it, honestly as much as I loved Florida, but sleeping in that room made sick. "

"The staff were so kind and accommodating. We were blown away at all the amenities. They even had a lazy river! Plenty of parking, lots of room in the rooms, and everything was so clean. We will definitely be coming back!"

"The staff allowed me to check in very early since we just arrived from a Disney Cruise from the east coast. They also allowed a late check out due to an illness from a family member at another Hotel. Clean rooms and plenty to do here!"

"The staff were nice. Check-in/out was very quick and easy. The room was spacious. The sofa in the room looked well used. Our air conditioner was very loud and rattly. It also leaked which left wet spots on the tile floor"
