The staff members were excellent. Francesca was warm and friendly. She always had a smile to greet you. Five stars to Hotel Graal! Also, they arranged for a taxi to Napoli for us. The driver, Gino, was excellent. He took his time on the many curvy roads and was a true tour guide. "

"Lovely place. The room was bright and sunny. The place was super clean. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. Everything was fresh. I loved the location as it was a fairly easy walk to the restaurants and beach area, and the staff was fantastic. If I could give them more stars I would. There is an elevator which came in handy for me."
