"Amazing property to stay at the location was perfect as the metro station is close by as well as the colosseum being a 15 minute walk overall I recommend this place."

"Mario was a great host and the room clean and comfortable. The room was equipped well: private bathroom, small balcony and effective air conditioner. It felt more staying at a friend's house than a hotel which was great. Breakfast was quite versatile and we thought it was organized very well. Along with the amazing service the best thing was the location. The area didn't have that many tourists and taking a bus or a tram to Termini was very easy and took about 10-15 minutes. "Winner's hotel was very average, the location was okay but further away then listed on the Expedia page. The room was very standard and the walls were peeling."

"I recently stayed at this guest house and had a wonderful experience overall. One minor challenge was that the key to the front gate was a little tricky to use at first, but it quickly became manageable. A major plus was the location — there’s a bus stop less than 50 feet away, making it extremely convenient for getting around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a cozy, well-located place to stay."

"Our room was very clean and redone each day. The morning breakfast was probably one of the best hosted breakfasts I have enjoyed, excellent variety, high quality, and the staff were wonderful and the coffee amazing!
We enjoyed a spa night, and the staff were again fantastic, attentive and professional. I would strongly urge anyone to enjoy a massage following a day of touring!!!"
"Very clean room, staff were always friendly, the interior courtyard is peaceful and quiet. There is some noise from the main road that the hotel is on but sirens and vehicle noise doesn’t bother me but something to note for others about room location. Room was spacious and the whole hotel was premium and I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. Food at the hotel was ok breakfast was fine dinner was acceptable but not the same standard as the rest of the hotel. We are out most nights would definitely stay again."
