"Mario was a great host and the room clean and comfortable. The room was equipped well: private bathroom, small balcony and effective air conditioner. It felt more staying at a friend's house than a hotel which was great. Breakfast was quite versatile and we thought it was organized very well. Along with the amazing service the best thing was the location. The area didn't have that many tourists and taking a bus or a tram to Termini was very easy and took about 10-15 minutes. "Stayed here for one night at the end of the trip. We thought it was closer to Ternini train startion but it was about a 25-minute walk through treacherous and pedestrian-unfriendly roads. The room itself was fine and clean. The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. The room felt a little stifling but the thermostat was locked and the windows barely opened to let in fresh air. Wouldn't stay again."

"We enjoy our stay at this hotel very much. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was cozy and clean and even had a few english language news channels on TV. Our stay included a full breakfast buffet with lots of choices. "
"The hotel is centrally located. The Vaticano, Spanish steps and others are walking distance. There are dining choices and souvenir shops around the area. The hotel itself boasts of an elegant restaurant - Rossini that serves Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Special mention to Mark who took care of us. Our room was always clean and supplies replenished. This is the hotel when in Rome."
"This was a great stay! Most staff were amazing. The only complaint was it was difficult to get food ordered at their garden bar as staff were not out there or would walk by and not check in with the guests sitting there. The one time we did finally request to order the bar manager seemed irritated that we were requesting service. Otherwise the other staff were very friendly and food was just good. The room was small but was clean as was the property."
"As an avid traveler my expectations can be somewhat skewed. My expectations can be high. Without hesitation this stay was the best of my year. The room and total establishment was spotless. Gentleman that helped with our bags to the room was awesome. Gave us helpful hints for the area and was generally pleasant. The front desk personnel were professional and sincerely seemed to care about our comfort and satisfaction. I wish had captured the womens name that was the host for our breakfast each day. She made us feel so welcome we almost extended our stay. She was pleasant, welcoming and remembered us each day. Just a great place to stay in Rome and I highly recommend. One additional point, add breakfast to your booking, it is by far the finest breakfast you will ever get at any hotel, ever. Trust this. "
