She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. "I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. It’s only an 8-minute walk from Assisi train station. The location is excellent—we walked just 5 minutes to the Basilica of Santa Maria. For halal food, Alo Ali Kebab shop is right across the road, and for non-Muslims there are plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby. The housekeeper, Joy, was amazing—we already miss her! Special thanks to Diletta, you truly are my lifesaver. We will definitely stay here...

"This was a perfect in between if you’re traveling in Umbria..we were in Orvieto on route to Perugia so we stopped here. Great to have parking! The hotel and all in it was great. Also walking was easy for shopping and great meals and gelato!"

"Mariella, thank you for being such a wonderful host! We called Mariella a few hours before arrival to let her know when we would arrive. Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. Our room was exactly how it looked in...
