In the centre of Villa di Tirano 2.2 km from the centre of Tirano, 15 km from the centre of Aprica, 40 km from the centre of Bormio, in a quiet position in the residential district. Private: patio, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Narrow motor access to 50 m from the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Bus stop 600 m, railway station "Villa di Tirano" 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Train Bernina Express:Tirano-St Moritz 2 km, Lago di Poschiavo (CH) 11 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Aprica 15 km, Bormio 40 km, Livigno 75 km. Hiking paths: Sentiero dei Contrabbandieri, Monte Padrio, Alpe e lago Schiazzera, Sentiero Valtellina.
