- The loft, located right in the heart of the city, was renovated in a vintage industrial style in a building dating back to 1880.
It features a living area with a living room and balcony, a very sunny dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with an authentic handcrafted bar from 1660.
The sleeping area features a double bed, a bathroom, a workspace, and access to the chill terrace—a great place to unwind in the evening before turning in after a wonderful day at the beach!!
The space
This is a 60-square-meter loft, divided by an entryway that separates the apartment into two areas: a living area and a sleeping area.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment.

Martin is a great host. Very nice apartment, tastefully renovated in an old building. Very comfortable and right next to everything you need. Beautiful neighborhood. You can walk everywhere. I recommend dining at Le Coq just one block away. Javier, the owner is really cool and the food was excellent.

We had a very nice time staying in the flat. It was clean and lovely, and perfectly located between the beach and the town centre. We especially enjoyed the terrace. Highly recommended!

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl… immer wieder gern.
Die Umgebung ist sehr einladend, Strand, Restaurants, shoppen , oder der Bahnhof liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Lediglich die Parkplatz Situation kann an manchen Tagen problematisch sein.
