Central apartment, next to the beach and 30 min from Barcelon HUTB-017942
It is excellently located. It is very quiet. It is a very large apartment with lots of light. 5 very bright and quiet rooms, with lots of light and spacious. Building with only three neighbors. The stay is large and cozy. It is on the first floor without elevator. But it is appreciated that it is in the center of town and very close to the beach.
It is in the heart of the city. next to all services and communications. The main promenade is two streets away. In 5 minutes walk you will reach the marina and the beach. No car needed to get around. Beach, station, market, restaurants, pharmacy, everything is very close on foot.
