Magnificent apartment IN THE CENTER of LA PINEDA. It is ideal to spend a good family vacation with all the services and the beach next to the door. The apartment has a capacity of 5 people and a LARGE TERRACE to enjoy from family breakfasts to dinners with a good wine. Excellently located, it is ideal for spending unforgettable vacations. The apartment is part of the EUROPEOS residential complex near the beach (2 minutes walk), the Aquopolis water park, Port Aventura and the bus stop (150 meters).

The Apartment is 65 mt and consists of:

-1 room with double bed and built-in wardrobe (2 people)

-1 room with 1 trundle bed, with wardrobe (2 people)

- Living room with sofa bed (1 child), air conditioning, table and chairs. From the living room there is access to a large terrace where you can eat and rest.

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, complete cutlery and crockery, etc.

- Pets are NOT accepted.

- Internet / wifi optional.

- In front of the residence there is ample free parking.

La Pineda is a seaside urban center on the Costa Dorada, quiet and modern, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively city of Salou and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.
It is the perfect balance to spend your vacations, especially if you have a family with children and you are looking for a rest and disconnection from work and the stress of the city without neglecting everyone's fun. In La Pineda you will not be disappointed, since it has a lot to offer you in summer.
Undoubtedly, the main attraction of La Pineda is its large beach of fine golden sand that makes it particularly popular for family tourism, although not only.
In the Pineda you can find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, swimming pools, marine fauna shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, the situation of the complex is especially beautiful since it is located a few meters from the seashore, with several swimming pools to try, a wide gastronomic offer, as well as a golf course.

House's rules:

1º. We are available for any questions with the objective that you have a pleasant stay.

2º. The apartment is rented with sheets, towels are optional for payment (€4 pax).

3rd.Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) at other times the keys will be collected in a safe with code in our office in salou

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4º. When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7º. Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).

8th. Wi-Fi is optional for payment (€5 per day).
