Two-story property, located on a quiet street, is composed of:



Ground Floor: entrance hall, equipped kitchen, pantry, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (bunk beds), 1 bathroom with shower and a spacious living and dining room that leads to the extraordinary exterior. You'll find a covered area to enjoy outdoor meals, with barbecue, sink, table and chairs. It has a Pool area with some sun loungers to sunbathe.



- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, one of these being a suite with a corner shower. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub. The suite bedroom has a generous east-facing balcony, and the remaining rooms share 1 west-facing balcony.



The kitchen is equipped with: combined refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, Dolce Gusto brand capsule coffee machine, electric pitcher, dishwasher, and washing machine.



Equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on all windows and access to WI-FI (internet) + MEO TV.



Housing located about 800 meters from Manta Rota Beach, with several amenities within a short walking distance, namely cafes, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

Good location for family holiday

Easy access to beach and Manta Rota. Clean and airy house and good swimming pool. Ensure at least one toilet roll in each bathroom. Aircon in bunk bed room.

Una bellissima settimana

Siamo stati benissimo, la villa aveva tutto quello che serve per passare una vacanza in famiglia e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo e soprattutto avevano lo spazio per tutti e la piscina che è stata comodissima poiché il mare è talmente freddo che risulta difficile farsi un bagno e quindi la piscina è stata fondamentale! I miei nipoti hanno detto che è stata la vacanza più bella del mondo! Grazie È stato tutto molto bello, ma sarebbe stato più bello se vi fossero stati dei materassi più morbidi, o comunque un Topper per dormire meglio poi consiglio di sistemare l illuminazione intorno alla piscina che non funzionavano.

Super bem equipado, bem localizado! Substituir o aquecimento da água, o esquentador atual está obsoleto e falha várias vezes. Os puxadores dos quartos fazem imenso barulho, poderão fazer manutenção ou colocar novos.

A piscina é bem cuidada o pátio tem sombras e mobiliário para acomodar todos os ocupantes. A configuração da casa/pátio/piscina proporciona privacidade. Os quartos são confortáveis. As casas de banho são de tamanho generoso, porém precisam de atualização. Apesar da pronta resposta da agência, os banhos foram em geral de água fria - o esquentador é manifestamente desajustado para o número de ocupantes. Há outros aspetos de detalhe a melhorar, mas que não prejudicaram as férias, a repetir.

Adoramos o facto das divisões serem grandes, ter bastante espaço exterior e piscina privada. A casa está muito bem equipada, tem tudo o que é necessário. À chegada estava tudo limpo e organizado. Resolver o problema com as luzes exteriores (piscina e jardim).

Casa com todas as comodidades para uma grande família Varão dos cortinados do quarto amarelo partido, janela do quarto do piso térreo com fechadura partida, toldo vertical abana muito com o vento faz barulho durante a noite incomoda, janelas da sala não trancam, falta abanico e escova de aço para limpar a grelha no churrasco.
