Nearby restaurants, café bar, supermarket, (market in summer), pharmacy. Ancient furniture typical of the region, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds, plus additional sleeping for 2 people (sofa) in the living room. 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchen. 1 fridge, 1 washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove (coffee maker, lemon squeezer, toaster,) and a digital TV with satellite channels. Stone barbecue - Possibility to park 3 cars.

Loved the location of this property right near the beach but quiet. Fully fenced in large shaded yard, our dog loved it.
Lots of action in the summer, great for people watching.
Beautiful beach down the street and in Cacela Grelha next door.
Close to Spain for a day trip.
Parking is free, private and shaded but right so small car preferred.

Excellent location but needs updating.
Stayed for 10 nights. Kitchen needs renovating and there was some damp about. The tv did not work as the incoming signal was weak. It is in a great location and would be excellent if some renovation work done.
Lovely spacious property and garden. Well equipped for our needs. Close to shops and cafe/bars and easy walking to beach only a few minutes away. Nice quiet area. Would definitely book again but would need to have wi-fi in place first. It was a little difficult without it trying to plan days out and ordering taxi. Also for checking in for return flight. We had to keep going to a cafe with wi-fi to do what we needed to do on the Internet. The lady who looks after the property is very welcoming and super helpful. All in all a great stay.
Ble møtt av en hyggelig dame som åpnet for oss. Hagen var inngjerdet, noe som var perfekt siden jeg hadde med hund. Huset er gammelt, men alt fungerte egentlig greit. Det burde nå i 2024 vært internett tilgang. Ble dessverre vekket av katteskrik om nettene rett utenfor soverommet. Ellers lå huset i enden av en blindvei, noe som gjorde det ellers stille og rolig der. Kort vei ned til en fantastisk strand.
Casa simples, limpa e com o necessário para as férias incluindo máquina de café. Restaurantes, cafés, mercado e supermercado a menos de 5m a pé. Gestora muito prestavel. Algum mobiliário necessita de atualização. Recomendo
Casa com óptima localização, perto de tudo, muito sossegado, pátio grande para umas boas refeições no exterior, a casa é simples e humilde, mas tem tudo o que é necessário. Sem dúvida um local a repetir.

Muito bem localizada
A casa e mobiliário precisa de remodelações, mas está muito bem equipada de utensílios.
A localização e estacionamento são excelentes.
Recomendo
Casa modesta, mas limpa e com todas os equipamentos/utensílios essenciais para férias. A gestora muito simpática e prestável. Espaço exterior ideal para fazer churrascos e para quem tem animais. A maior vantagem é que parqueamos o carro e tínhamos tudo a menos de 5 min a pé. Queremos voltar.
Esa casa tiene una instalación eléctrica muy antigua que puede salir ardiendo en cualquier momento y pone en peligro a los inquilinos. La cocina está apoyada en una caja, ¡otro peligro de incendio!. Nos han picado bichos en la cama. Los muebles tienen ladrillos debajo para que soporten el peso interior. Es una casa de más de 40 años y nunca le han hecho reforma. El peor sitio donde hemos dormido en nuestra vida. El termo de agua caliente no llega ni a 3 duchas y dicen que la casa tiene capacidad para 6. Hongos y humedades en las paredes ¡¡¡NO LA ALQUILEIS!!!
Para quem gosta de um local calmo, é agradável, modesta, mas na minha opinião necessitava de obras e remodelação na cozinha. Mais nada a apontar de negativo.

Wer keinen Luxus braucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Alles vorhanden, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, das Beste im Garten Orangenbäume, Zitronen und Grapefruitbaum. Jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft. Nur ca 150 m zum Strand. Was will man mehr.
Casa típica, não é moderna mas tem tudo o necessário para passar férias. Muito perto da praia. Pessoa responsável da casa muito simpática e muito prestável. Desfrutamos muito da estadia.

Comoda per 4 persone, a pochi passi dalla bella spiaggia.
Arredata in stile antica portoghese ha un bel giardino ed è situata nell'unica strada pedonale di Vila Nova de Cacela a pochi passi dal mare.

Casa Roberta immer wieder gerne!!
Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt reibungslos. Die Lage des Hauses lässt auch keine Wünsche offen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Fußläufig zu erreichen, der wunderschöne Strand und sehr leckere Restaurants sind ebenso vorhanden wie auch die nette Cafe Besitzer die Manta Rota zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis für die gesamte Familie machen. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Casa Roberta sehr genossen, können diese Immobilie wärmstens empfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen. Es dankt an dieser Stelle, Familie Lucas
