Property with 2 floors, is composed of:



Ground Floor: entrance hall, bathroom with shower, pantry with washing machine, equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The living room and kitchen lead to the extraordinary exterior, where you'll find a covered area with an awning to enjoy outdoor meals, with table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower. It has a Pool area, facing North, with some sun loungers to sunbathe. It has a garage with an electric gate to park your vehicle, with access through the interior.



- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of these with double beds (1 en-suite) and the remaining with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, one en-suite and another for common use by the remaining rooms. The main bedroom accesses a generous balcony, with Sea View, facing South.



The kitchen is equipped with: combined refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO brand capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and dishwasher.



The dwelling is equipped with smoke detection sensors in all main areas (living room and bedrooms) and with a combined smoke and CO₂ sensor in the kitchen, in order to reinforce safety levels.



Equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on all windows and access to WI-FI (internet) + MEO TV.



Housing located about 200m from Lota Beach, which is a few meters from Manta Rota, with direct access through a wooden pedestrian walkway, with various amenities within a short walking distance, namely cafes, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

Amazing house and swimming pool

Very good house, close to the beach and with an amazing swimming pool. Couple of issues at start like kettle not working but the agency was extremely efficient and quick to respond and solve problem. Thank you to all the team at Algarve Manta for providing a great holiday experience. Basic essentials like toilet paper should be in the house pre arrival.

Casa/alojamento muito bom e com todas as comodidades. Só não dei a pontuação máxima em relação à limpeza, por causa da piscina. O fundo estava sujo e o equipamento de limpeza (rede) não estava funcional.

A localização e piscina. O serviço do algarvemante tambem foi muito bom, o AC pingava agua e depois de informado rapidamente um técnico deslocou-se a habitação e resolveu. Poderia ser melhorado: a churrasqueira que um pouco gasta.

Profissionais sérios e disponíveis em todas as ocasiões. A casa onde ficamos estava muito bem localizada em zona sossegada e perto da praia. Casa muito bem equipada com todas as condições necessárias para umas férias descansadas. Recomendo Tivemos a visita do técnico de manutenção da piscina a meio da semana, que simplesmente abriu a porta sem tocar, o que nos incomodou um pouco, pois caso não estivéssemos em casa entraria sem qualquer problema, sem que nos apercebêssemos.
