"The location was good! Restaurants shopping ect. Getting in and out of the apartment was Very hard! 50 steps straight up! 4 flights to get up to the apartment!! No hand rails mold on the walls all the way up the stairs! Only one light working in the bathroom. Only one sheet provided for the couch downstairs. No pillows or blankets!! I was bitten by bugs sleeping there!! No hot water!! We contacted to management they said it takes over one hour to get hot water. I checked the hot water...
