"This looked like a wonderful place, but we never found out because we couldn't get in. The code they sent us didn't work, and all attempts to contact them failed. "This property was a huge disappointment.
The kitchen was completely unusable - cups, plates, and pans were dirty and greasy, many were damaged, and the drawers were broken.
The entire area felt unhygienic and was crawling with cockroaches. Because of this, I couldn’t prepare any meals and had to spend extra money on online food delivery every day, which was not part of my budget. This not only increased my costs but also caused great inconvenience during my stay.

"The room is spacious, and the facility was clean. The only unfortunate point was that the towels were not replaced unless I clearly requested so at the reception, where I directly received. I had placed the used towels on the floor, which is obvious as a sign that I want the towels to be replaced, but the room cleaning placed it on the hook again. Shouldn't be like that."
