"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The hospitality and service from everyone at the hotel was outstanding. We enjoyed our room - plenty spacious, warm fireplace, comfy bed. Our booking included breakfast, which was the best breakfast I’ve had at an American hotel - fresh food, protein options, fruit, etc. reminded me of a European hotel breakfast. The spa was under construction during our visit, otherwise we would have loved to try a couples massage. Instead we booked at the Stein Erickson across the street - a pricier spa experience than the Chateaux would have been, but well worth it. We will have to come back when all renovations are complete! "

They start your fire, wash your clothes, help make reservations. Offer free shuttles. Are prompt to bring our car around. Free phone chargers , Molton brown amenities. I 100% recommend this hotel!"
