We absolutely needed a room with a shower rather than a bathtub, and they kindly gave us an accessible room at no extra charge. We really appreciated their understanding and flexibility. "I would say this is the best budget hotel standard. Check in is at another building which is about 2 mins drive. There is laundry and dryer available for use. There's mountain view. Room wifi coverage can be improved. The cafe and bakery near the check in (Separate building) is good especially the pizza."

"This is the most wonderful place to stay in Voss. We had breakfast and dinner during our stay and the food was incredible. If you're a foodie like us, this is the place to book! At breakfast we were treated to homemade sausages, bacon, salami and cured meats. There was also cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit, loose leaf tea, fresh coffee.... I had 3 or 4 plates at breakfast, I couldn't stop! At dinner we enjoyed local mushrooms foraged from the woodlands around Voss and perfectly cooked Trout. The negroni I had after dinner was made with local gin and just delicious! The family who run the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. They care about making sure you have the best possible time, giving us tips on everything from souvenir shopping to weather apps. I don't usually write reviews but this place should not be missed!"
